Surgeon's Skin Secret Renewing Complex is a gentle-acting fluid containing AHAs (natural fruit acids) that encourage skin renewal. AHAs improve texture, softness and smoothness of the skin. Fragrance and color free. 2oz bottle.
Usage: Apply to cleansed skin daily or as needed, avoiding the eye area.

Light, smooth and wonderful
I've only used this for a week but can tell that my skin is happy. I'm in my late 60's and not expecting miracles but skin already feels a bit more moisturized.

I have used your moisture gel around the eye area, but unfortunately it has been discontinued. I was advised to try the renewing complex for the same skin area, and it's equally satisfactory: very light, so it can be spread easily on this delicate skin area.
Very nice
This is my first purchase of this product and I find it leaves my skin feeling hydrated and smooth. This is so important in the dry and cold Northeast. I will purchase again in the future.
